Cancellation Policy:

Our prices include the services themselves and the time we have saved in our schedule exclusively for you. For this reason, cancellations and rescheduling without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the missed services price. (first 3 times, and 100% thereafter)

No Show-No Call Appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

For large group booking (6 services or more), cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 72 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price per guest.

This appointment is at our Berlin, Maryland location.

Our schedule is seemingly full everyday, and as much as we want to, it is not possible for us to accommodate under 24 hours date, time, services changes or late arrival.

Our staffs will start your services within 10 minutes after the scheduled time, your appointment time may be shorten (or cancelled) after this period, so we can seat the next customer on time.

It is best to CONTACT US if you are unfamiliar with the services we offer. Booking a random service could result in the desired service cannot be offered and a late cancellation fee.

Booking a new appointment will not automatically cancel any existing appointments. Please make sure to cancel the not-needed appointments to prevent any unnecessary fees.

A credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your credit card information is securely processed by Stripe.com; We do not see or store your credit card information on our servers or computers.
