Cancelation or Rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled time will result in a fee (50% of the missed services price)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and rescheduling without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the missed services price.
“No Show-No Call” appointments will be charged 100% of the missed services price
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time are free to cancel within 30 minutes after you book the appointments.

We cannot waive the fees for any reasons.
Booking a wrong DATE, TIME, or SERVICES will incur a No Show Fee. We recommend to always review the DATE, TIME, SERVICES in the confirmation email & text message, and contact us with any errors within 30 minutes after you book the appointment. We can ONLY be responsible for booking errors within this period.

Our schedule is seemingly full everyday, and as much as we want to, it is not possible for us to accommodate under 24 hours date, time, services changes or late arrival.
Our staffs will start your services within 10 minutes after the scheduled time, your appointment time may be shorten (or cancelled) after this period, so we can seat the next customer on time.
It is best to CONTACT US if you are unfamiliar with the services we offer. Booking a random service could result in the desired service cannot be offered and a late cancellation fee.
Booking a new appointment will NOT automatically cancel any existing appointments. Please make sure to cancel the not-needed appointments to prevent any unnecessary fees.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Gratuity can be given directly to the service providers by cash, Venmo, or Zelle. We do not charge extra to process credit cards; however, we will reimburse the pre-calculated processing fee for cash transactions: $1 for each nail service, and $3 for transaction of $100 or more.
A credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your credit card information is securely processed by Stripe.com; We do not see or store your credit card information on our servers or computers.
